For sale is a Baltic 38 DP in pristine condition from 1989
The current owner acquired Kien Tied in 1993 and has kept her in prestige condition ever since. Regular
servicing, particularly of the YANMAR 30 HP engine (approx. 3,000 hours as of March 2025), reflects a high standard of care.
The hull and deck are constructed using epoxy/fiberglass balsa sandwich, reinforced in load-bearing areas. The full teak deck, antimony tempered lead keel, and NIRO rudderstock speak to the build quality Baltic Yachts is known for.
Accommodating up to 6 people, the yacht features a spacious aft owner’s cabin with a central double berth, a bright saloon with U- and L-shaped settees, and a well-equipped galley. The interior is finished with high-grade teak, and includes thoughtful features like removable lee cloths, ample storage, and multiple lighting options.
With her modest draft of 2.21 m, robust construction, and excellent sailing characteristics in both light winds and heavy weather, Kien Tied is exceptionally well-suited for the diverse conditions of the Baltic Sea.
