"Nordic Venture" was built for a doctor on the east coast with the express purpose of using it for boat shows. The many significant upgrades that were added to the boat include:

In 2016 the following projects were completed by a marine mechanic:

Rudder post inspected and lubricated

Complete Edson package including cables, chain, plates, pulley and bearings for steering system.

New throttle cables and control cables for forward and reverse

Simplified wiring system for battery compartment

Complete engine overhaul -new injectors, head gasket replacement with new valves, seats, seals and     plane head

New starter motor, new water pump and impeller

New filter and new fuel pump. New mixing bowl

New heat exchanger w/new zinc

Racor fuel filter and water separator (new fuel filters are used each year and we have extras).

Also important to use Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w-40. Engine takes 8 quarts . Also use Wix oil filters.

Oil analysis is taken each fall when the oil is changed.

Owner has always used ablative bottom paint
