X-Yachts X 342

The still current lines, the excellent construction quality, and the goodness of the design make this X-342 a remarkable racer/cruiser that perfectly blends performance and comfort. Equipped with a head sail and non-structural steering wheels, this vessel is capable of providing great emotions and excellent performance. The excellent internal livability with two cabins, a kitchenette equipped with 2 burners, an oven, and a double sink, as well as a spacious bathroom, make it comfortable even for multi-day cruises. All internal and external cushions are present. This 1992 specimen, with only 2 previous owners, is in fair condition with some work to be done. Repair the wind station that has lost cups and wind vane, install a windex, and in some areas of the deck, redo the antiskid. For the sails, the boat has a roller genoa with a 2-year anti-UV band in like-new condition, a 60% original mainsail with 2 reefs that would be better to replace, and a racing mainsail with 1 reef that needs the batten repaired. The owner also leaves a 135% genoa in Dacron, also at 60%. Other included sailing equipment includes 2 spinnakers with the circuit for sheets/arms/load and low. A tender with an outboard is available for negotiation. Max Prop bronze 3-blade propeller plus a spare Gori 2-blade folding propeller in bronze.

In July 2025, the boat underwent maintenance, including engine servicing and all standard maintenance interventions. It is currently moored and visible at Fiumara (Ostia) by appointment.

The equipment, partly to be revised, is what is required by Italian law for recreational navigation within 12 miles.
