Description
This well-maintained and thoughtfully updated 1994 Beneteau Oceanis 400 is fully equipped and ready for adventure. A balance of comfort, performance, and reliability, ProReNata is set up for extended voyages or weekend getaways. Mayor updates since 2022 are new sails, completely rebuilt bottom, new B&G Navigation elecronics and Radar, Victron new Electric equipment, and house batteries. Also new are both Frigoboat compressors for fridge and freezer and a new Dometic 16,000 BTU AC unit. This Oceanis is the owner version with one aft cabin and a full galley at the starboard aft section. This arrangement opens up the lage saloon which easily sits 6 with a nice chart table across. The entire forward section is owner cabin with settee to port, double birth to starboard and ample hanging locker space, further forward is head/shower. Boat has a beautiful cherry interior and plenty of storage space within and in the large cockpit lockers. Low engine hours.
Accommodations
ProReNata has been carefully updated throughout since 2019. This includes professional rebuilding of bottom in 2022, New in mast furling and furling jib sails in 2019 (lightly used for daysailing). New B&G Navigation Electronics and new Victron Electric systems, new house batteries (2022), inverter charger, monotr on chart table etc. in 2024. New Dometic AC unit (16,000 BTU and two new Frigoboat compressors for fridge and freezer 2024 plus new dodger and gemini in 2024.
Owner version with forward cabin and head and one aft cabin port plus second head. On starboard large galley. Large saloon with table sitting 6 comfortably, table can be lowerd to create two more berth. Beautiful cherry interior throughout. Large chart table with Radio and Victron electrical sytem monitor

Deck and Hull Equipment
4 winches, all lines lead to cockpit, brand new gemini and dodger in 2024. Spare for both in mast furling main and furling jib.
Bottom including keel was sandblasted, and completely rebuild (new barrier coat, antifouling paint in boat yard in 2022, hull is cleaned by diver every 6 weeks.
