Brokers Comments
As long-standing dealers of Contest Yachts, we are always thrilled to welcome exceptional vessels like ULENDO IV into our collection—especially when they’ve been so meticulously cared for. I had the pleasure of joining the owners on board this remarkable Contest 43 to capture some stunning photographs, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of attention to detail they’ve invested in this yacht.
Teak decks can often be a concern on yachts of this age, but in the case of ULENDO IV, the owner has done an outstanding job maintaining the teak—along with every other aspect of the yacht. It’s clear that this boat has been loved, and it is a true credit to the current owners. This exceptional level of care ensures that she will continue to serve her new owners with the same dedication and excellence.
This is a rare late-model, meticulously-kept example of the highly regarded Contest 43, and it comes with a host of desirable upgrades. Notably, ULENDO IV is fitted with the bathing platform configuration, a feature that was later standardized on the subsequent Contest 44. The addition of a twin-bunk walkthrough to the aft cabin is another standout feature, making this particular example especially suited for family sailors or passage-makers who require not only ample sleeping accommodation but also extra berths outside of the saloon.
Whether you're seeking comfort for extended voyages or need additional sleeping space for guests or crew, ULENDO IVoffers the perfect balance of luxury, practicality, and seaworthiness. She’s truly a gem for any sailor looking for a yacht that has been thoughtfully maintained and offers the very best in cruising performance.
