Description
Sailing yacht with a GRP canopy, Nauticat 35, built in 1996 by Siltala Yachts, all boats, lots of accessories. Good sailing performance, quality construction and craftsmanship, well maintained. The layout is cozy but spacious enough for two couples or a family. The yacht is moored in a club marina in Porto, Portugal. Affordable mooring /1401 EUR per year/, crane and 21 days on land included. Maintenance done August/September 2024/oil, filters, etc. Available withdrawal: 6x color, 2x antifouling. It is very easy to see what is happening.
Kabinen
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and living room, 4 (+1) beds, ceiling height 1.91 m, bathroom in the living room with panoramic view, 2 toilets and showers, air heating (diesel air heating) + Canadian oil heating. Kitchen: electric water heater with hot water, boiler for the engine and 220V, box with boiler, two-burner stove.
