Description
C'est Fois is an always freshwater sailed boat on Lake Michigan. Every season she has undergone professional engine maintenance and more. Always shrink wrapped in the winters. She has had 2 owners with low usage.
This boat is equipped with Raymarine electronics including a Ramarine Autopilot, depth, speed and VHF. New in 2025 include Kenwood Radio and Fusion Speakers located in cabin and cockpit. The batteries are newer, recently replaced. The cabin is spacious and comfortable. The galley includes a sink, 2-burner stove and ice box. The head has pump toilet.
Sails are in good condition. The main sail comes with a Doyle Stack Pack and the RF 135% Genoa has UV protection.
