Lemsteraak Corneel
Beautifully lined roefaak in which the hand of A. de Boer can be recognized. The ship has been built with great attention and care at Gebr. Hummel and was launched in 1998. Since then, it has been yard-maintained and is therefore in excellent condition. The ship is from the first owner; complete maintenance history known. With 12.85 m, the ideal, handy size for a lemsteraak and due to the layout, an ideal family ship. Complete and ready to sail.
Particularly neat interior, high-quality woodwork, light blonde teak, very beautiful. Warm, atmospheric, no frills. Layout with the galley to port, large L-sofa with table, starboard settee and navigation corner. Good daylight through ports and skylight. Notable is the standing height of 200 cm. In two cabins, a total of 6 fixed sleeping places and 2 extra. Spacious toilet room with vacuum toilet (waste water tank stainless steel 200 l.). Galley complete with hot and cold running water, cooking on gas and a refrigerator. Indoor and outdoor shower. Hot air heating Eberspächer (revision 2020).
Also technically complete, starting with the Yanmar 4-cylinder diesel of 88 hp with indirect cooling, 2900 running hours. Electric bow thruster (2019). Batteries renewed in 2023, 2x 230Ah service and 140Ah start. Navigation equipment complete with B&G depth and wind, Triton log, Simrad GPS chart plotter, Shipmate VHF.
