Description

(In ENGLISH BELOW) It is a traditional boat built in Sweden by one of the best shipyards in the world under the supervision of Germanischer Lloyd. The boat is number 123 of the series 361, launched in 1999, and is also CE certified. It is a so-called bluewater boat, safe, robust, comfortable, well-finished and equipped, with a central cockpit, suitable for long cruises. Some examples have made transoceanic cruises, even solo. This is due to specific characteristics such as: lead ballast with a high stability coefficient, deep hull, structural skeg, traditional rigging sized for a balanced and powerful sail plan. Furthermore, the boat has a high-quality gelcoat, excellent ventilation and insulation, and ample living and storage spaces, essential for comfortable cruising. In summary, it is a boat for sailing, easy on the waves, stable on course at all points of sail, and simple to handle. I have been the owner since 2008 and during these years I have used the boat exclusively with my family, paying great attention to keeping it in perfect condition and efficiency. It is a private sale and therefore not subject to brokerage fees. Not intending to purchase a new boat, I will sell the boat complete with all necessary equipment. The boat will be delivered with a complete hull/checks and maintenance carried out at the beginning of summer. The price has now been reduced to 98,000 euros, and is lower than the requests for similar models.

The boat is a traditional, safe, luxury boat, well known all over the world for the prestige of the Sweden shipbuilder (Germanischer Lloyd specification, no. 123 of series, CE certification). It is a bluewater cruiser, fitted out for long distance, safe and comfortable cruising. It is easy to manage, balanced in every situation. It has belonged to the current owner since 2008, a person with a long experience of navigation and who pays much attention to maintenance. The boat has been used only for family cruising. There is no intermediation and the boat is on sale fully equipped, since the owner is not interested in buying another yacht. Mechanical equipment

The Volvo MD22L 48HP engine is derived from the Volvo MD22 60HP, limited (L) by the manufacturer in power and maximum RPM: it is therefore subject to less wear! Over the years, it has been used at a cruising speed of 2000 RPM (speed 6/6.2 knots; hourly consumption 2.1 liters) even though the manufacturer allows a speed of 2400/2600 RPM obviously with a higher speed (6.8), along with consumption and wear. The engine has a shaft line with a three-blade fixed propeller and a heat exchanger and is in perfect condition thanks to adherence to the necessary maintenance cycle. The engine is accessible from 3 sides: lateral, central, and upper (with the opening of a hatch from the cockpit). Additionally, the engine compartment is well soundproofed.

Deck and hull equipment

The boat is rigged with a battened mainsail on cars with 3 sets of reefing lines, stored in a lazybag, while at the bow there is a furling jib with a furler; the maximum sail area is 65 sqm, and the boat is also equipped with a Jennaker of about 90 sqm. The central cockpit allows for navigation in all conditions with maximum safety. It has 4 winches (3 on the mast) and a mainsail track, all within reach of the helmsman to allow for comfortable single-handed sailing. The cockpit can be completed with outdoor sky cushions and a comfortable mahogany table.

The cockpit also has great protection thanks to the standard windshield, the sprayhood, and movable awnings.

The boat has a small swim platform at the stern and two gangways for disembarking: one low on the swim platform, convenient for classic marina docks (which also serves as a deep and particularly comfortable ladder), and the other higher on the deck for easy access to masonry docks (classic carabottino).

Navigation systems

The boat is equipped with classic instrumentation both in the cockpit (Autohelm ST60 with log, echo, wind, and heading angle repeater) and at the chart table (Multidata and GPS). Particularly useful is the powerful Autohelm 6000Plus autopilot which, with the wireless remote control, allows its use from outside the cockpit in case of solo sailing. The winch also has a wireless remote control for remote use. The VHF radio has dual headsets and speakers (interior and exterior in the cockpit). The boat is equipped with an Epirb. Notably, it features the Suunto D135 compass.
