Accommodations

Accommodation: 2 cabin layout entering from a central companionway, there is a day head and shower with washing machine on starboard side. To port of stairs is entry to aft bunk cabin, and immediately forward on port is the very safe U-shaped galley. To starboard of galley is a full sit down forward facing chart table. Amidships there is a large open saloon, with dinette to port and settee to starboard. The central table can open for 8-person dinner parties. Forward is the owner’s suite with ensuite and island double. Very large storage areas throughout, including large drawers under forward berth.

Airconditioning: Forward and aft units.

Entertainment & Internet: Starlink Marine Wifi (2023).

Bathrooms: 2 heads, both with Purasan electric toilets.

Main Saloon: A large open saloon with comfortable lounge area and ample storage.

Galley: Located aft and to port just in front of the aft bunk/storage room.

Refrigeration: Sea Frost dual compressor air/water cooled refrigerator and freezer (2023) the refrigeration is

massive, and with top and front access, there is ‘amole’ long term refrigeration.

Water maker: Blue Sea 265 l/hr (2024).

Washer/Dryer: LG Ventless Washer/Dryer (2023).

Rig and Sails

Rig and Rigging: Standing Rigging by Annapolis Rigging (2023); Incl new staysail Furler and most running rigging. Carbon fiber mast, boom, spin pole and wheel.

Sails:

- Main, Jib, Staysail in sound condition (10,000 downwind miles)

- 2800 ft spinnaker purchased 2023 when slightly used

- Code Zero, very low mileage, never used it

- Storm Trysail, unused

- Storm Staysail, unused

- Asym spinnaker, heavily worn.

Winches: All oversize winches including one powered winch, catering for all

non-discretionary use. E-wincher electric winch handle.

Deck & Other

Anchoring/Ground Tackle: 3 x anchors and 280 feet of cailibrated chain.

Windlass: Maxwell Anchor Windlass.

Safety Gear: All safety gear to be audited at time of survey. Ocean Safety 6-person offshore life raft (2023),

Complete World Arc Safety requirements: EPIRB, AIS, SSB, SAT phone etc.

Awnings/Covers: There is an excellent dodger and cockpit bimini. Helm has separate bimini cover.

Tender: AB inflatable approx 3.2 metres with 20 hp 2023 Yamaha 4 stroke outboard motore ( it absolutely flies).

There is a dinghy crane and davits on the stern. Dinghy can be stored on cabin top for ocean passages.

Other: 2 x dive tanks (new, never used).

Electrics & Navigation

Generator: Northern Lights M773LW3.3 9kw.

Generator Hours: 5,600 hrs.

Electrical system & Batteries: Mastervolt Chargemaster, 12/100-3 Battery Charger (2024) 1 of 3 including 1500W inverter charger.

Navigation/communication: B&G Electronics (2 Zeus displays) w/ C-Map charts (2022), Simrad Autopilot, B&G V-60

VHF w/ remote handheld, Icom IC-710 SSB Radio, Iridium 9522-TP Sat phone.
