Owner's word: The annual tax is €179. The anemometer needs to be tested.. The connections and through-hull fittings are present to install a marine toilet. The antifouling was done in spring 2024, and I performed the engine maintenance (oil change and filters). It has about 1000 operating hours according to my estimate. The sail drive was done in 2024, the exhaust in 2016. The through-hull fittings are from 2024.
