Beneteau Oceanis 381

Precious Beneteau Oceanis 381 sailboat with 3 double cabins, 1 bathroom, and a separate sink in the bow cabin. Mainsail and furling genoa. Electric windlass, solar panels, teak in the cockpit, fully equipped kitchen, chart table, cockpit table, shower in the cockpit, and swim ladder.

SUMMARY OF CURRENT BOAT CONDITION

The boat is in perfect working order and can be tested without any problem at the Real Club Náutico de Castellón.

There are only a few pieces of equipment that we do not need for our daily outings and therefore are not in operation.

It does not have a RADAR.

It has a plotter screen but it does not work. We use Navionics, always updated.

The wind equipment is missing the wind vane at the top of the mast. Our skippers do not use it and it has not been repaired.

The log does not work. We check the speed using the GPS from Navionics.

The depth sounder works correctly.

The radio installed inside the boat does not work. We use a portable radio as we do not usually go too far from the coast.

Solar panels are functioning.

Autopilot is functioning.

Everything else is working perfectly.

Freshwater capacity is 200 liters in the stern and 120 liters in the bow.

We bought this vessel in 2018 and it has been exclusively used for day trips without overnight stays with a professional skipper. It has never been rented without a skipper. Hence the good state of preservation.

When purchasing this vessel, VAT was paid. As our company owns the boat, we are obliged to invoice the sale with VAT from Spain (21%), except for companies outside of Spain, in which case the intra-community invoice is exempt from VAT.

Possibility of leaving it for charter management with our company.
