Description
2000 Catalina 36 MKII - $84,900. Very Nice Condition
Accommodations:
"Boatnuts" is a popular and very spacious 2 cabin, single head layout.
There is a spacious V-berth forward with good sidewall and drawer storage space, cedar lined hanging locker with a large overhead hatch, wind scoop ventilation and DC powered berth fans.
Moving aft is a port side head with direct access from either the V-berth or the main cabin. The head features a sink with shower adapter, multiple storage cabinets, mirrored vanity and an electric head flush that is plumbed for either fresh or saltwater - a desirable head option.
Next aft to port is the main salon with U-shaped dinette seating for six, that easily converts to a queen-size berth. Opposite the dinette to starboard are table and seats for two just forward of the nav station aft. All seat cushions replaced new in 2019 and show in excellent condition.
A King-sized athwartship bunk in the aft cabin makes for excellent berthing with ample storage in hanging locker, drawers and sidewall storage capacity.
The entire cabin sole was refinished in 2019 and shows very well.
You can tell she has been well care for since day one
