The GIB SEA 43 from the DUFOUR shipyard was designed by the J&J Design firm under the impetus of Olivier Poncin with the aim of offering the highest level of comfort and autonomy in its category. Designed for life on board, it is very habitable and offers plenty of storage space thanks to its large width. Its moderate draft gives it access to all anchorages. However, its hull makes it a good upwind walker, very pleasant to steer. The cockpit is also ideal for cruising with its 2 steering wheels that clear the passage to the aft apron and the very large folding table. A boat where it is good to live and discover the atolls.
This sailboat chartered until 2008 when the current owner took possession of it and sailed in the West Indies and brought back to Lake Champlain in 2008. He did another season later in the West Indies and then back to Lake Champlain in freshwater. Canadian Flag and Unpaid Canadian Taxes
