The Lemsteraak "Goudhaan" is a beautifully built traditional sailing ship with the allure of a classic and the comfort of a modern yacht. Built in 2001 by the first owner entirely to their own specifications, with only renowned craftsmen and high-quality materials.

The elegant hull was designed by the Langenberg brothers and built at Jachtwerf Sijperda in Heeg. The hull is made of 7 mm steel.

The technical installations are expertly laid out, just like the interior finish that radiates craftsmanship and class. Refined wood carving details in the cockpit and a warm, classic appearance make the ship timelessly stylish.

• Headroom throughout the ship is approximately 2.00 – 2.20 meters
• Many stainless steel details (bollards, winch blocks, mast support)
• Webasto central heating system for comfortable heating and hot water
• Three cabins; two forward cabins with bunk beds
• Spacious owner's cabin on the port side with a double bed (220 x 160 cm)
• Wet cell on the starboard side with a generous shower, sink, and electric toilet
• Spacious round seating area on the port side with a large table
• Three-person settee on the starboard side
• Navigation corner directly at the entrance with a spacious chart table
• Extensive control panel for all onboard installations

The U-shaped galley on the port side is practical and fully equipped:

• Double sink
• Two refrigerators

• 3-burner electric stove
• Combi microwave/oven

The fully teak-finished cockpit is spacious and accommodates a large group. Around the sides are benches, and in the middle is a heavy, professionally executed steering position with:

• Hydraulic steering wheel control
• Electric bow thruster
• Hydraulically operated sideboards

Furthermore, the "Goudhaan" has:

• Four Meissner winches in the cockpit
• Main sail, jib, staysail, and genoa
