The round-bilged hull and superstructure are made of aluminium alloy 
The keel box and floors are all solid oversized aluminium.
The fuel tank is welded into the hull, fitted with baffles and an inspection hatch.

Chainplates, toerails, stanchion bases, fairleads, bowsprit and its tilting mechanism, as well as handrails, are all made of anodised aluminium. The anodised chainplates are fitted with stainless steel bushings.

The two balanced rudders rotate in from Jefa bearing systems and are robust enough to support the vessel’s full weight.
Atlantic yachts are built according to the highest CE standards for ocean-going sailing yachts (Ocean Class), intended for unlimited offshore cruising.

The entire deckhouse, deck, and cockpit lining are constructed from aluminium, forming a strong unit with the hull.
The self-draining cockpit features generous drains and two cockpit lockers (“swallow’s nests”).
All Atlantic sailing yachts are fitted with a dockhouse, providing excellent sheltered seating at sea.

Insulation

The interior of the yacht, from the top of the floor upwards, is fully insulated with 40 mm CFC-free polyurethane hard foam with a closed-cell structure, fire classification B2.

The engine compartment is finished with sound-insulating material. Accessibility to the engine is carefully considered.
Air intake and exhaust for the engine room come from outside the vessel.

All through-hull fittings are made of high-quality
