High-performance cruising sailboat “semi-custom” designed by Bill Tripp & Vismara. 'Mediterranean' version configured for fast cruising with a small crew and a fantastic cruising interior.
Extensively updated and refurbished.
Notable features include its mast, boom, and spreaders made of carbon. Standing rigging replaced in 2023 and all B&G electronics replaced in 2023.
Configured as a 'Mediterranean' version with an emphasis on ease of handling and high overall performance, MAGICA is a fast and comfortable boat perfect for a small crew.
Internally, MAGICA also benefits from a fantastic two-cabin design with an additional cabin of double bunks to increase crew capacity.

Designer Comments
The "Mediterranean" version of the Baltic 50 was created from an idea to combine the high performance of an IMS hull designed by Bill Tripp for a racing version, with the versatility of the Baltic shipyard when it comes to building custom and semi-custom vessels.
In relation to these two elements, the firm made significant interventions, with new designs for the deck and interiors, suggesting a mini-series of Baltic 50 that would be more in line with the uses and tastes of the Mediterranean. 'Magica', 'Sherazade', and 'Sei tu' were equipped as fast cruisers: the simplified deck, now more efficient and functional, designed to facilitate maneuvers with a smaller crew.
