37' Tartan 3700 '02 "C Otter"
Tim Jackett hit a home run with the design and build on the Tartan 3700 with aesthetically pleasing features, superb sailing performance in a wide variety of conditions and, of course, structurally sound in every aspect. Both previous owners and the current owner have meticulously maintained and upgraded C OTTER to assure her current beauty and functionality. Simply a must see!

Accommodations
Forward cabin features large V-berth with hanging locker and drawers to port and vanity sink and storage to starboard. Next aft is the main salon featuring a centerline drop leaf cherry table with storage and a single settee/berth to port. A U-shaped settee to starboard converts to a double berth. Plenty of cabinet storage above and outboard of the settees. To port of the companionway is a forward facing nav station plus the entrance to a very spacious head and shower. To starboard of the companionway is a very functional galley along with the entrance to the aft cabin featuring a double berth, hanging locker and shelves. All berths have custom foam topper with custom sheets and covers. The beautifully appointed cherry interior is kept well-ventilated, light and airy with a total of fifteen opening ports, six opening deck hatches, two dorade vents and the sliding companionway hatch.
