Bavaria 49 year 2003 model 3 cabins 3 bathrooms 1 separate shower, completely refitted year 2024/25 new sails new biminis, replaced turbo and riser, hull load at zero 6 months of drying, 4 coats of gelcoat and antifouling, installed variable pitch propeller EVOL, replaced mattresses, faucets, dinette covers etc... Installed new Raymarine chartplotter and a whole series of works all documentable. I can send a complete sheet if interested.
