Yacht is Canadian registered. Privately owned sailing yacht in excellent condition, ideal for both cruising and liveaboard use. With an overall length of 11 91 meters, a beam of 3.87 meters, and a draft of 1.8 meters, she offers a spacious and stable sailing experience.
The boat features three comfortable cabins and one head, making her perfect for extended trips with family or friends.
The inside of the boat is in perfect condition with new saloon cushions ( 2024).
Electrical:
65AH Starter Battery
2x200AH + 50 AH LiFePo house batteries, total capacity 450 AH.
All batteries are purchased in 2023 and still under warranty
Each battery is fitted with Renogy Smart shunt monitor
The charging is done by Renogy 40A DC to DC charger.
The Renogy Core One display is installed to monitor all electrical
Two 50W solar panels , purchased in 2024
USB chargers are installed on the captains table .
All interior lights are switched to LED, including many additional lights

Power:
Powered by a reliable Volvo Penta MD2030 engine with approx 5000 hours, she is ready to sail without additional investment. Exhaust elbow was replaced in 2022. Raw water pump seals changed in 2024
The sail drive was completely rebuilt in 2021 with all new enclosure, new seals etc.
The diaphragm was replaced in 2021 as well. All jobs were performed by certified Volvo technician
Sails
Equipped with in mast furling main sails and furling genoa. Both sails are in good condition .
Dinghy
The boat included Honda 2.3 outboard and 2.3M dinghy ( from 2023)
Comfort and tankage:
Bow thruster , windlass with 65m 8mm chain , 2 spare anchors, stern shower, and a rear platform for easy access to the sea.
2x 150 liters water tanks , 150l fuel tank, 70l black water tank
New Bimini top and sprayhood both replaced in 2023
New cushions in the saloon
The galley is fitted with a new Eno stove( 2024) with oven, and top loading fridge with new electronic thermostat. Two propane tanks are included.
The keel was removed and re- installed in 2024 by certified technicians due to mild grounding happened in 2023.
Only minor damage to rudder occurred due anchor drag. Rudder was professionally repaired.
At the same time rudder bearing was replaced.
The yacht was used for 2- 3 months a year and dry stored rest of the time
This yacht is a perfect solution for sailors seeking a dependable and fully equipped vessel.
The boat is registered under a Canadian flag. VAT was paid out in Croatia by previous owner.
