We offer for sale a Bavaria 46 Cruiser from 2005, a solid, comfortable, and well-equipped sailing boat, ideal for cruising or medium to long-range navigation. The vessel is in very good condition, with regular maintenance.
Deck and sailing equipment
Starting from the bow, we find a Delta anchor with a recently serviced electric windlass and 75 meters of chain. The deck equipment includes a furling jib, aluminum mast and boom, adjustable backstay, and original stainless steel standing rigging of the spiral type.
The sail plan is complete and updated: the mainsail and the supplied furling genoa are the originals and are in fair condition (with UV band). For an extra price, other sails, mainsail and genoa, like new, as well as Gennaker, Storm jib, removable stays, and Carbonway gangway are available. There are 6 Lewmar 2 Speed Self Tailing manual winches (2 of 40, 2 of 50, and 2 of 54), regularly maintained.
The cockpit is well protected by a bimini and at the stern, we find a beach area equipped with shower (hot and cold water) and a swim ladder, ideal for life at anchor.
Engine and systems
A reliable Volvo Penta 75hp engine is installed on board, with about 2050 total running hours, installed in 2011. Maintenance has always been timely, with service every 100-120 hours, the last service performed in May 2025 and cleaning of the heat exchangers done every 24 months. In October 2025, a full saildrive check and seal replacement were performed. The bow thruster is fully functional, and the propulsion propeller is of the folding 3-blade type.
Instrumentation and navigation
The onboard electronics are from Raymarine and include: Autopilot, Plotter, tridata and wind, as well as fixed VHF, GPS, Depth sounder, Log counter.

Interiors and layout
The internal layout is classic and functional: we find 4 cabins, one with bunk beds, wardrobes, a small sofa, and storage compartments. The two double cabins at the stern are spacious and well-ventilated. The dinette can be converted into a bed, while the galley is equipped with a cooler, vertical fridge with integrated freezer, 2 gas burners, and a three-way sink (hot, cold, and seawater). There are two bathrooms with marine toilets, in addition to the chart table. Air conditioning and hot water systems are also present and need servicing.
This boat represents a complete solution for those looking for a safe, efficient, and well-maintained cruiser. All major technical components have been updated in recent years, and the vessel is ready to depart, with no work anticipated in the short term.
