Description
This Platu 25, designed by Bruce Farr and built by Bénéteau, has been maintained with great care and is offered in excellent condition. The boat has fresh antifouling for the 2025 season, and a 4 HP Honda outboard purchased new in 2024.
The sail wardrobe is a true highlight: this Platu 25 comes with a nearly new North Sails racing set, consisting of: LX-1 jib, MHX-1 jib, MNX-1 mainsail, and CN-2 spinnaker. The sails have been used only once (some are new) and are therefore in as-new condition. Together, this premium set represents a new replacement value of €9,214, offering top-level performance in light and medium wind conditions, both upwind and downwind.
In addition, a complete training set is included, allowing you to preserve the racing sails for regattas. This makes the boat immediately ready for both competitive sailing and regular use.
Rigging is in excellent shape, with a carbon Sparcraft Performance mast (painted white), double spreaders, and a carbon spinnaker pole (original is also included). The running rigging is upgraded to Dyneema, installed in 2024 and still in excellent condition, ensuring minimal stretch and maximum control. A Dyneema rail is also fitted, combining low weight with strength and reliability.
To complete the package, the boat is offered with a road trailer, making transport and storage easy and ensuring full mobility for regattas and seasonal use.
