Description
Magnificent Cruise-Regatta Sailboat in very good condition and very well equipped. (7 sails, complete electronics with Radar, comfort for cruising, Bimini, anti-splash cover, cushions, etc...)
With little use, it is only used during summer vacations and some weekends, mainly for cruising and some Club regattas.
It has maintenance throughout the year, annual dry docking for antifouling, changing anodes, and engine inspection.
Accommodation
It consists of three double cabins, a bathroom, a living room with a folding dining table, two upholstered seating benches in cream beige, a card table with seating, and a kitchen.
Large storage space with 7 overhead lockers in the living room and a locker in each cabin, plus space under the benches in the living room, beds in the cabins, etc.
Integrated LED lights in the side panels of the living room for warm lighting.
LED spots in the ceiling of the living room, bathroom, and cabins; in addition to these, the cabins have reading lights.
Mechanical equipment
Yanmar 30 hp engine.
The engine has been serviced annually, changing oil, impeller filters, and belts. Recently, the alternator, starter motor, and exhaust manifold have been replaced.
The oil for the sail drive leg is also changed annually.
It has a three-blade folding Gori propeller, and a two-blade folding spare propeller is also included.
Kitchen equipment
The boat has an L-shaped kitchen with two gas burners and a gas oven. It has a refrigerator with a top opening.
Stainless steel double sink with a saltwater tap with a pedal for use at the sink.
Hot and cold water.
Two lower cabinets with shelves, one of them with a trash bin.
