Description
Patty Ann is the most fully equipped and upgraded 2006 Island Packet 370 on the market.
Almost every system has been serviced, maintained or renewed and the owner has added $80,000 in improvements and upgrades.
Detailed maintenance and upgrade records are available going back to 2017.
The boat has recently returned from a very succesful and un-eventful Baja-Ha-Ha rally. This is a testament to her meticulous preparation by her owner and Pacific Offshore Rigging to create a long distance, blue-water cruising boat capable of spending long periods of time at sea.
