The standout feature of the 49 DS is its spacious interior. As you descend the companionway on the port side, is a fixed navigation station that faces forward. Behind this station are the day head and the aft cabin on the port side. On the starboard side, there’s an L-shaped galley that steps down, offering easy access to the aft cabin behind it. Toward the front of the galley is a generous U-shaped dinette table that can comfortably seat 5 to 6 people. At the front of the space is the master stateroom, featuring a centerline queen bed, an ensuite head, and a makeup vanity.
