Description
This X-43, build number 104 from 2006, is a beautifully maintained performance cruiser that combines speed, comfort and safety. Delivered with a new Volvo Penta D2-50 engine and saildrive in 2023, she has been extensively updated and carefully looked after.
Her white hull with dark blue striping received a full bottom treatment in spring 2023, including new epoxy protection and antifouling. Teak decking extends across the cockpit, side decks and coachroof, giving her a timeless and elegant look. A carbon steering wheel, sprayhood with new canvas (2024) and an electric anchor winch add both style and convenience.
The Sparcraft mast with three spreaders, Reckmann furling system (serviced 2023) and a full set of Andersen stainless winches provide effortless sail handling. Recent North Sails (2023) – a full-batten mainsail and furling jib in NPL Tour Xi cloth – ensure excellent performance, while additional sails, including spinnakers, make her ready for all conditions.
Below deck, the yacht offers a warm teak interior with a modern layout: three cabins and two heads, including one with an electric toilet. The galley runs along the port side, and recent upgrades such as new upholstery, a renewed stove and heating system add to her comfort.
Equipped with updated navigation electronics, autopilot, AIS, radar and Wi-Fi integration, this X-43 is as capable on long offshore passages as she is enjoyable for family cruising.
