Description
The Oceanis 37 by Beneteau was one of its longest running models for good reason... excellent sailing characteristics and an accommodating layout both above and below decks made for a winner.

SERENITY has enjoyed continuous upgrades by her seller, who has enjoyed maintaining and sailing her since 2022. She has Air Conditioning, a rare find in Southern California.
She will be delivered to her new owner with a fresh compound and wax and interior detailing. Potentially transferrable slip in nice San Diego marina, at the discretion of marina management.
Accommodations
- V-berth stateroom is forward with V-berth (6'11" x 6'2") with two drawers below, sit-down vanity to port, hanging locker to starboard. Overhead hatch, opening ports. 6'3" Headroom at foot of berth.
- The Salon is next aft with settees to port and starboard, new cushion covers 2023, and a dining table with fold-down leaves between. Storage outboard of settees. Abundant windows, opening ports, and overhead hatches provide for plenty of natural light and ventilation.
- Aft in the salon to starboard is the sit-down Navigation Station with an opening nav desk, VHF with mic, breaker panel, Fusion stereo, Raymarine Tri-Data, AC Power Center below
- Across from the galley to starboard is the Head with Jabsco manual toilet (new head and pump), sink, vanity, storage, and shower. Toilet plumbed for overboard, holding tank and macerator.
