NOTES:
1. The outdoor shower in the cockpit has hot and cold water. The current and first owner deliberately did not want splashing in the toilet area and
thus decided not to order a shower option there. It is either showering in the cockpit or using the harbor facilities.
2. The teak deck was applied at the time of construction at the BAVARIA yard. It is what it is now.
3. The movable swimming platform is operated with 1 motor, the other motor is available separately.
