Description
The Dufour 405 Grand Large was concieved to offer maximum sailing comfort and security, combined with a clutter free deck and elegant lines. She was the European boat of the year in 2010 for the family cruising category which she won by showing off her strong sailing performance whilst also having a generous cockpit and spacious interior.
Jelly Bean has a fully battened main sail, furling jib and a furling code 0, with all lines led back to the cockpit for ease of use especially when sailing short handed. She has the preferred 3 cabin layout with day heads aft and an en suite for the master cabin forward.
This Dufour 405 has been under current ownership for over 10 years and has clearly been well looked after during their ownership. The standing rigging was replaced in 2022, the machinery regularly serviced and sail drive diaphragm replaced in 2025.
Jelly Bean is in turn key condition and ready for her next owners to take her on an adventure.
Currently afloat in her marina berth in Mercury Marina.
