DUFOUR 40 E PERFORMANCE SAILBOAT. IMPECCABLE AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
Latest series in E performance version Dufour, of limited production with a cruising-racing configuration of excellent performance in both classes.
Spanish flag, currently registered for zone 3.
Available in Alicante for viewing by appointment, with the possibility of a sea trial with a deposit to be deducted from the price if the purchase is made.

Accommodation
Configuration of 3 cabins: one double at the bow with en suite bathroom; 2 double at the stern with shared bathroom. In addition, two berths in the dinette with capacity to accommodate 8 people on cruise, both bathrooms equipped with hot water, shower, sink, and toilet.
Mechanical equipment
Volvo diesel engine of 55 HP, with a self-drive stern propulsion system equipped with a folding 3-blade propeller.
Engine reviewed and maintained annually and in perfect working condition.
Last review and maintenance in May 2025. Replacement of filters, pre-filters, engine and propulsion oil, complete kit of saltwater cooling pump, replacement of stainless steel exhaust manifold, cleaning of heat exchanger, alternator belt, etc.
Kitchen equipment
Folding dinette table for eight people, tilting gas stove with three burners, equipped with a front gas oven with trays.
Drawer and shelf unit for storage.
24 v. large capacity arcóm type refrigerator with top and side access, includes freezer space.
Double sink stainless steel with covers, fresh water and saltwater option.
Equipment of the hull and the deck
Annual haul-out for hull maintenance. Last haul-out on February 25. Impeccable condition and well maintained. Polishing of the topsides in 2024 and replacement of vinyls in 2025.
Anchoring equipment consisting of an electric windlass below deck with remote control at the stern for raising and lowering, delta type anchor with 50 meters of 10 mm chain.
Swim platform at the stern with retractable ladder and hot and cold water shower.
Double steering wheel for improved handling on both sides.
2 built-in navigation compasses in the cockpit.

- 2 Raymarine plotters with GPS, one inside and another at the helm, both synchronized, radar, radar reflector, and anemometer.

- Raymarine wind equipment with tridata in the cockpit and also based on the mast for better visibility.

RIGGING:
