Our beloved 2014 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is for sale. Named boat of the year in 2014 given its spacious design and superior sailing capabilities. With 3 cabins and 2 heads with separate shower stalls, she is spacious and comfortable for all to enjoy.
Equipped for Off-Shore and extended season sailing with optional features not found on other boats: Fresh Water Maker (30 Litre / Hour), 650W Solar, Hydrovane Self-Steering, Full Cockpit Enclosure, Extra Water and Fuel Tanks, EPRIB, Analog Engine Gauges on Digital Displays, Radar, Inverter, Gennaker, Forced Air Furnace Heater, Jordan Sea Drogue, and MOB Pole.
This boat allows for easy Single-handed Sailing with furling main and jib, and 3 Power Winches with all controls and lines within cockpit. Anchor Windlass (280' of 3/8" chain), Bow Thruster and Autopilot controls (Remote Control Hand Held also incl.) and VHF (with AIS and Distress Button) are all at the Helm Station.
Simrad Instrumentation at each helm station, with master console display in centre cockpit console. Radar integrated into mapping. BlueSea 2 Voltage Display to monitor all batteries and see amp draw or charge from solar, shore or engine.
Inside all sleeping berth mattresses have HyperDri Underlay for mattress breathability, with the aft berths having memory foam mattress toppers and the forward berth having super comfortable latex mattress. Boat comes with Silk Duvets, and galley is fully provisioned for people to go sailing the day after purchase.
Four person AB RIB dinghy. The fold down transom allows for easy access in and out of the dinghy, water or docks (if stern tied). Stern shower with hot & cold water allows for easy rinsing after a swim.
She is in excellent condition, meticulously maintained and has been stored under Full Boat Cover (included.) in the winters. All sails have been dry stored each winter, and serviced each spring by local sail loft.
2024 Maintenance and Upgrade Items were: Teak Decks Refinished, Free-Standing Stanchions re-sealed, Sea Drive (SD60) Transmission serviced with new Hull Gasket installed, new Lexan upper dodger window (Dodger has full window coverings), new Bimini Windows for mainsail viewing at helm station, Bimini serviced and cleaned / sealed, winches serviced. New bow Thruster batteries, new Analog to Digital Engine Converter installed to allow for digital display and monitoring of engine conditions on Simrad displays (Voltage, Charging Voltage, Oil Pressure, Engine Temperature, Exhaust Temperature, and Fuel Tank #1 and Tank #2 Gauges).
In 2022 4 new house batteries (Victron Lead Carbon 106 AMP - 424 Amp Total) and starter battery were installed.
