Nautitech 40 Open

This Nautitech Open 40, 4 cabin version, launched in 2019 (delivered new in Guadeloupe in 2018), is a unit that has been particularly well maintained and cared for. Autonomy is enhanced by a well-thought-out electrical configuration: 4 solar panels of 100W (400W total) with Victron MPPT regulator, 6 AGM service batteries of 140 Ah, 2 engine batteries, and a Victron 12/220V 1200W/50A new inverter/charger. Hot water is provided by a water heater coupled to the engine or 220V. The Aquatec 12V – 60 L/h desalinator (new motor) provides complete autonomy in fresh water, ideal for long passages.

The safety pack is complete: offshore raft for 10 people, 10 life jackets with harnesses, flares, fire extinguishers, horseshoe buoy, first aid kit, and various emergency equipment. The anchoring system is robust with a main anchor on 60 m of 12 mm chain, electric windlass QUICK, secondary anchor, and complete mooring lines.

Finally, the boat is sold with a Caribel LT9 dinghy and Yamaha Enduro 4 HP engine, in good condition, as well as all necessary accessories (grapnel, oars, pump, bailer, padlock).
