PEEMS is an Outremer 45 - extended to 48 feet from its construction, very recent, built in 2022, owner version (3 cabins), fully tested, in a condition close to new with few miles sailed.
This Outremer 45 left the La Grande Motte shipyard in July 2022 for a Mediterranean tour, a family transatlantic crossing to the Caribbean in December 2023, and plans to return to the Outremer shipyard in La Grande Motte in the summer of 2025 - the date of its availability.
Perfectly equipped with numerous options such as optimized Gunboat-type foams to reduce weight, carbon tillers and seats, folding Volvo propellers, and especially a very complete set of Incidences sails: Hydranet mainsail with a boom, self-tacking Hydranet Solent, Code D gennaker, and Code 0.
All comforts with 2 electric winches, cockpit and skirts in Estech teak, Webasto heating, mini Daewoo washing machine, 100L/h watermaker, two electric toilets, a refrigerator and a freezer/refrigerator, convertible saloon and cockpit into sleeping areas, complete Sunbrella cockpit protection, Batyline protection for the saloon, etc...
