Aluminium high-performance cruising sailboats built under class-A (Ocean class). They are true "All-Weather-Go-Any-Where" cruisers. These Atlantic range sailboats are designed by the Atlantic yard in collaboration with Dick Zaal. They are robust, have a long waterline, and are equipped with a swing or lifting keel system and twin balanced rudders, but a fixed keel is also possible. This combination offers excellent sailing characteristics comparable to a fixed keel boat, only with the advantage that the draft can be changed. It also allows for grounding, sailing in shallower waters, entering tidal harbors later, and departing earlier. The Atlantics are very sail-friendly due to a well-thought-out deck layout, allowing for hoisting, trimming, reefing, and striking sails to be done by one person. A deck layout for a cruising sailor who loves performance but wants to easily operate the ship. Additionally, our Atlantics have a lot of built-in comfort for the moments when it is most needed, namely "at sea." True comfort is not a matter of built-in appliances, but mainly of well-thought-out ergonomics: sitting, working, and resting should be easy. The custom-built interior is fully tailored to the usage style and wishes of the customer. Each Atlantic is a robust, safe floating home and always a trusted investment for the owners.
