The new design from Blank Yachtdesign is characterized by a sleek modern line while maintaining the timeless Comfortina appearance.

The latest addition to the Comfortina family is the Comfortina 46. The first Comfortina that has its origins in Schleswig Holstein and is an addition to the existing line of C35, C39, and C42 sailing yachts.

The Comfortina 46 is a semi-custom built yacht and can therefore be delivered almost entirely according to the owner's wishes. Both during the preliminary design and during construction, the owner is closely involved in assembling the desired configuration. The Comfortina 46 is a well-thought-out design in both sailing and construction aspects. The sleek lines follow the latest developments, including a modern bow and stern shape with a wide cockpit and double steering wheel. Additionally, the deck is kept flat, the hatches are recessed, and all halyards are led under deck to the cockpit. If desired, a teak or synthetic teak deck can be chosen. The interior still exudes luxury and comfort as it traditionally has and can be furnished in many variations according to customer wishes. Comfortina has traditionally stood for quality, comfort, and good sailing characteristics. The new Comfortina 46 is no exception and continues that tradition, catering to the truly demanding sailor.

Depending on the ambitions of future owners, different fixed and lifting keel variants can be chosen, along with a single or double rudder. Thus, any desired sailing area is essentially within reach. The interior has multiple configuration and layout variants and is partly influenced by the chosen keel variant. Accommodating specific customer wishes is among the possibilities.

The cockpit allows for both relaxed cruising with a small crew and competitive racing. For example, the mainsheet can be led through a fixed point in front of the sliding hatch, but also via a wide traveler on the cockpit floor. The hull shape has been developed to provide fast sailing characteristics and good sea behavior, with safety at every course as the starting point. Thus, the puttings and other heavily loaded parts are made of carbon and critical constructions are reinforced with Kevlar. The hull and deck are built according to epoxy and vacuum systems, achieving high stiffness of the hull. The finishing is of a high standard, giving the yacht an exclusive appearance.
