Description
The Cruze 970 from the design team at Corsair Marine is currently the largest in their highly popular range of trailerable trimarans. Corsair has been a leader in the production and sale of folding trailerable trimarans since the Corsair F-27 designed by Ian Farrier was first built in the 1980s. The Corsair 970 therefore has an extensive sailing pedigree but this more up to date model is packed with desirable new features including a very well appointed interior.
Prior to the development of the 32ft Corsair Cruze 970 and 970 Sport, more than 300 Corsair 31s were delivered to owners all around the world making this model one of the most popular trimarans of all time. Several years ago a Corsair 31 was chosen for its great sailing qualities & rugged construction for a number of epic adventures in the Arctic. However most are used for coastal cruising day sailing and racing.
