CONSTRUCTION

Construction materials and process

• Hulls and decks made according to the polyester resin infusion process and high-quality anti-osmotic resin (hull) on a balsa and PET foam core

• Fiberglass skins

• Bimini made by RTM process on PET foam

• Structural bulkheads (balsa or PET foam sandwich) by infusion.

• Light gray painted bilge bottoms.

• White gel coat hull finish.

• White gel coat deck with integrated non-slip
