Enksail Orion 49

This Enksail Orion 49 is offered as a new-build. Our Enksails are semi-custom. This means that you can leave your mark in terms of styling and layout. The interior can be tailored to your wishes, adjusted to the number of people abourd and where you’ll be sailing. As long as it fits inside the yacht, the possibilities are limitless. If you have an Enksail built with us, you are assured of a yacht of very good quality that will meet your personal wishes.

Enksail sailing yachts are characterized by spacious pilothouses: beautiful to look at, but also offers comfort and safety. During bad weather conditions, everyone can sit inside in a dry, warm and safe way. There is a 360 degrees visibility in the pilothouse, which is fine both while sailing and in the marina. This makes an Enksail ideally suited for long trips and long stays on board.

The Enksail Orion is an aluminium go-anywhere cruiser/explorer sailing yacht design by the famous Dutch designer Kees van de Stadt of Satellite Yacht Design. The Orion range consists of a 49 and 54-footer. 

The Enksail Orion not only has the appearance of a fast ship, and in fact she is. The hull is made entirely of aluminium. With a straight bow it is a modern ship. Because of the sporty hull shape, the ship has little displacement, which makes it easy to sail with less effort. Optionally, the ship can be equipped with a centreboard keel, creating a variable draught.
