 Design & Construction

1. Hulls, deck, cabin-top: carbon fiber inner skin and outer skin, vinyl ester resin and Divinycell foam-sandwich construction.
2. Hull, deck, cabin-top, beams, daggerboard and rudder parts: molded from composite female tooling to reduce fairing and save weight.
3. Composite parts infused to control resin content, fiber ratio and improve strength-to-weight ratio.
4. Thermo-formed core from 3D templates.
5. Beams, daggerboard, rudder blade, chainplate and main bulkheads: pre-preg carbon, cured in an autoclave.
6. Carbon longitudinal stringers.
7. Carbon structural bulkheads, chainplates, beam bulkheads, etc.
8. Carbon reinforcement in high load areas such as daggerboard case, windows, around hatches, etc.
9. Carbon salon/cockpit door frames.
10. Interior furniture constructed from high-strength, lightweight, composite panels.
11. Folding beam arrangement with carbon struts (with extra canting option so float hulls sit in their normal position).

Finish

1. Exterior finish is white gelcoat.
2. Non-skid decks, cabin top, beams, transom and with cork floor in the cockpit.
3. Hull bottom finished with epoxy primer.
4. Interior living area painted to Rapido Trimarans Luxury Yachts finish.

Daggerboard

2. Carbon daggerboard manufactured from CNC-milled tooling cured at elevated temperature and pressure in autoclave.
3. Daggerboard case structure reinforced at cabin-top, salon sole and forward / aft frames below sole and hull exit.
4. Mast compression supported by daggerboard case and cabin top via cabin-top plinth.
